Medals will be shipped in bulk to the company (one shipment). If additional shipments are requested, shipping fees may apply.

We recommend signing up 3 weeks before your event start date to allow time for setup and coordination.
Custom medals require a minimum of 2+ months lead time due to design, manufacturing, and shipping.

No — walking and running both count.
Do you integrate with fitness trackers?
Not currently. For now, participants track activity directly in the Boundless Fit app (or add their miles in manually to the route)
Do participants get app access after the event?
Yes. Participants can continue membership after the event (and can optionally purchase additional medals/routes).
Can we divide our event into divisions or heats?
Yes — you can create as many teams as you want (by department, location, age group, etc.). Participants can view progress for the team they are in. Additional placement medals can be purchased for multiple team winners if desired.
