What personal information do we collect?
At Boundless Fit, this the personal information that we collect per service:
When you purchase the app or a route and create an account we collect your email, height, and preferred name, in order to create an account for you. We may store the selected language and determine your location and time zone using geolocation services (if access is provided) so that we can customize your use of our services. You are optionally able to add a personalized profile picture.
When you purchase any items from our website store, and use your credit card, we use Shopify, a PCI compliant third party, to collect and process your payment information. Your card will be charged in accordance with Shopify’s terms for the purchases, including saving your card details for any immediate post-purchase offers that you accept. Boundless Fit nor Shopify will charge your card without your permission. Boundless Fit may keep your credit card information for annual or monthly subscriptions, when you subscribe.
We collect your IP address to calculate taxes where relevant. We may also collect contact and delivery information to enable us to send apparel, medals, and marketing. You may opt out of receiving marketing emails.
If you join Boundless Fit annual or monthly subscription memberships, we may ask you to complete a short questionnaire so that we can customize your use of our services, or improve our services.
We currently only use and store the following information and dispose of all other health/location data provided by the connected service.
When you complete a Boundless Fit Route
When you complete a Boundless Fit Route, we collect contact and delivery information, where applicable, to enable us to send your medal as a reward for completion, if a medal was purchased, and we may collect contact information for marketing via SMS and/or email (if you opted in).
If you completed a non-medal route, or did not purchase a physical medal to be mailed to you upon completion, a digital finisher medal will be added in your profile page on your completed routes.
When you post a distance
You are able to add completed milage completed, at any time. This can be done by going into Stats. We ask for which route you want the mileage added too, how many miles you completed, and how long it took you to run those miles.
When you contact us via social media, email us or use our live chat feature (were available)
We will collect and store your contact information, and also collect the contents of your communication, to enable us to provide you with support services.
Anonymized information
We may collect statistical information, such as visit counts and traffic sources, so we can measure and improve the performance of our site. They help us to know which pages are the most and least popular and see how visitors move around the site. All information is aggregated and therefore anonymous.

The Boundless Fit website also uses cookies to help keep track of items you put into your shopping cart including when you have abandoned your cart. This information is used to determine when to send cart reminder messages via SMS. SMS messages are only sent if you have previously opted in for this messaging method.

We process your personal information because you’ve given us permission, and we need to process the information to provide the services you have requested and/or to fulfil our obligation to you. We may also process your personal information to comply with the law e.g., our tax obligations.
What information is shared with other users?
If you are on a team, your profile page details will be made available to your team captain and other people on your team you participate with. You can choose to be on this team or not. You can request to be taken off a team at any time by contacting your team captain.
Boundless Fit also has Leaderboards for each route. Your “preferred name” will show on the leaderboard with your finishing time for the route, and may show the date completed. You may use a pseudo name for your preferred name, if you do not wish to have your real name posted. If you do not wish to have your preferred name showing on the leaderboard, please contact Boundless Fit at contact@boundlessfit.com.
Who else do we share your information with?
We utilize a number of sub processors to enable the provision of services to you. Personal information may be provided to these sub processors as part of delivery of the services. These sub processors include but are not limited to Busy Human, Shopify, and Google Maps. Are there others?
We do not disclose your personal information to any third party other than those described previously or when legally mandated.
The above excludes text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Your Rights as a Parent/Guardian
It is your responsibility as a parent to help your child set up an account with us. Boundless Fit will not be responsible for children under the age of 18 who have signed up an account. Boundless Fit has no way of knowing the age of any user that has signed up an account with us, or that has purchased items from our store. Boundless Fit assumes that any user or subscriber on our app or webpage, whether under the age of 18, or 18 years or older, has permission from their parent or legal guardian to do so.
If your child is a member, user, purchaser, or subscriber of Boundless Fit, you have the right to review your child’s personal information at any time. You can request this information by contacting contact@boundlessfit.com.
You have a right to revoke your consent and refuse the further use or collection of personal information from your child. If you do this, we will delete your child’s account. You can do this by contacting contact@boundlessfit.com.
You have the right to request that we delete your child’s account and all personal information we hold about them. You can do this by contacting contact@boundlessfit.com.
Verification information may be required to complete a request, which will be deleted upon its completion.
