Refund and Returns Policy
This policy is effective from August 29, 2024.
This Refund and Returns policy applies to any purchase or order of the My Boundless Fit App, Product or Services (including app purchases, store purchases or membership purchases.) Our Terms of Service also apply to these purchases. In this policy, our mobile application is referred to as our App. My Boundless Fit is referred to as Boundless Fit.
Membership/Subscription Purchases
Boundless Fit membership/subscription purchases and or app purchases are offered for purchase through our App. All membership and app purchases are subject to availability and we reserve the right to impose quantity limits on any membership/subscription, reject all or any part of memberships/subscriptions and to discontinue products without notice, even if you have already purchased your member subscription.
Expiration Dates
All promo codes offered on subscriptions/memberships or store items (irrespective of purchase date) are subject to an expiration date.
The expiration date can be found in the email sent to you when promo codes are given, or by contacting contact@boundlessfit.com. Boundless Fit reserves the right to change the expiration date at any time.
Any code or link provided for you to redeem a referral discount, is subject to an expiration date and in addition may be cancelled by Boundless Fit at any time for any reason.
To redeem a promo code visit the Boundless Fit website to make a purchase and apply the promo code at checkout where applicable.
Boundless Fit is not responsible for customers’ failure to redeem a code, apparel or referral discount before the expiration date.
Membership/Subscription Refund Policy
Any Boundless Fit membership/subscription and pay per route routes purchased or obtained outside of legitimate channels (determined at our sole discretion) is not eligible for a refund.
All membership/subscription sales are final.
All Pay Per Route sales are final.
All physical Finisher Medal sales are final.
Store items may be returned within 30 days of purchase and will be given a store credit once the returned item has been received by Boundless Fit and once Boundless Fit deems the item in satisfactory condition. Any used items will not quality for a credit or refund. Items will be returned at expense of purchaser. To request a refund, please contact Boundless Fit at contact@boundlessfit.com. Boundless Fit reserves the right to reject a refund request at any time. If a refund request is accepted, the refund will exclude any processing or management fees that we have incurred, including credit card processing fees, Apple/Play store fees, and international shipping fees, where applicable.
Boundless Fit cannot process refunds for app store purchases. If a refund is approved by Boundless Fit for an App purchase because of extreme circumstances, refund must be made through the App Store or Play Store (as applicable).
Returns and Shipping of Physical Medals
Except where expressly specified in this Refund and Returns Policy, all sales are final and the company does not accept returns except for goods that are received damaged or defective.
For routes where physical medals are offered and/or supplied, medals are mailed to finisher once the relevant route has been completed. If route is not completed within 12 months of purchase of finisher medal for relevant route, customer will need to re-order a finisher medal again, and no refund on previous medal will be offered or given.
Supply of the correct, complete shipping address at the time of redemption is essential for delivery. A charge will be incurred for resending or readdressing products where incorrect or incomplete address information has been supplied.
Boundless Fit will provide a replacement for goods received damaged or defective within 14 days of receipt. Boundless Fit may request the damaged or defective goods be returned in the original packaging before providing a replacement.
For items not received, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the dispatch date.

Discontinued Routes or Out of Stock
If Boundless Fit discontinues a route or if a medal is out of stock, customers who have chosen this relevant route and medal purchase option will be contacted and informed of the last date that a route can be completed and a finisher medal redeemed. This applies to routes that offer a physical finisher medal.
All customers active on a route before the route is discontinued will be eligible to complete the route and where applicable, request a finisher medal, as long as they are in stock. An expiration period will still apply and may vary for certain routes including where Boundless Fit is contractually obliged to cease the Route.
If a store item in the Boundless Fit store webpage is discontinued or out of stock, it will be so indicated on the store item on the website store.
